WHO WE ARE

Royal Tech (Pvt) Ltd. was established in 1982 as manufacturers of precision machined and sheet metal components for Tractor OEM’s like MASSEY FERGUSON, NEW HOLLAND and FORD.Royal Tech is producing casting machined parts, Assemblies and Sheet metal parts for Tractor Assemblers, which require hgher grade of accuracy.

Royal Tech is manufacturing Hydraulic components, Sub-Assmblies and Assemblies for Tractors.Some of the precision parts undergo selective assembly to meet pressure testing requirements.

All Hydraulic Components are checked on test benches to ensure proper functioning. Typical components being produced are Hydraulic Lift Control Assembly, Hydraulic Distribution Block Assembly, Brake Cylinder Assembly and Pressure Valves.

Royal Tech is also producing Sheet Metal parts by utilizing 10-300 Tons of Mechanical and Hydraulic Presses. Other Facilities Includes Fabrication, Pre-Treatment,Powder Coating Paint, Cadmium Plating and Dies and Fixture making shops.

Mecas Engineering (PVT) LTD:

The Mecas engineering(Pvt) Ltd. was established in 1987 for producing machined parts for various Tractors and Automotive OEM’s. Mecas has been able to earn the customer confidence through its non-compromising approach towards quality and on time delivery promise.

Mecas Engineering is manufacturing Brake Discs(Ventilated and Solid). Brakes Drums, Hubs and Mounting Brackets, Safety Valves, Hydraulic Cylinder and Piston, Differential Case and many other Parts.

Main Customers of Mecas Engineering are IMC, HONDA, TOYOTA, SUZUKI, MASSEY, FERGUSON and NEW HOLLAND

Mecas Foundry:

Established in 2000 and is equipped with German Molding Machine. HWS(HEINRICH WAGNER SINTO GmbH) having PLC controlled Molding Line.It’s melting furnace capacity is 2000kg/40 min and having cupola of 15 tons of capacity per day. it also have Material testing lab with German spectrocheck and can also test tensile strength.
